What is the Diet Milk Theory?

The Diet Milk Theory is a metaphor for how society has become increasingly watered down, lacking depth, substance and wholesome nourishment. We now live in a world made up of “diet milk”— the richness of most everything removed—replaced with thin, tasteless watery dilutions.

Modern culture, ideas, and even products are now often stripped of their original quality or meaning, leaving behind a hollow, less satisfying version. The Diet Milk Theory critiques the pursuit of surface-level convenience or appeal at the cost of real value.
